Barbaros Hayrettin Pasha Pier, which was established in a place where there was a pier called Hayrettin used for cargo transportation in ancient times, was converted into a structure where ferries could dock in 1981. The building, which was overhauled and reinforced in 2005, was restored in accordance with the historical and natural structure of the Bosphorus with landscaping.
